Your plan follows your single LEX identity across every device you sign in on, up to your plan's device limit.
Payments are processed by PayPal: with your PayPal account or, where PayPal offers it in your country, a debit or credit card on PayPal's own page — card details never reach LEX. Prices are charged in euros. Other methods appear here only once they are live.
