Privacy Policy
This policy explains what LEX collects, how it's used, and the control you have. Our guiding principle is simple: your data is yours.
Information we process
We process the account details you provide (such as your email), the content of your conversations and memory, and basic technical data needed to run the service. You control what you share with LEX.
Local, cloud and hybrid storage
You choose where your data lives. In local mode it stays on hardware you control. In cloud or hybrid mode, content is stored securely to sync across your devices. You can change this at any time.
How we use your data
We use your data only to provide and improve LEX for you — powering memory, voice, vision and sync. We do not sell your personal data, and we never use your private content for advertising.
Your controls
You can review, export and delete your memory and conversations, change your storage mode, and close your account at any time from within LEX.
Security
We protect your data with encryption in transit, hardened infrastructure and strict access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your trust as our highest priority.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you delete content or close your account, we remove it in line with our retention schedule.
Children
LEX is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as LEX evolves. We'll post the new version here and update the date above; significant changes will be communicated clearly.
